No customer service - no one to contact
After purchasing cloud storage for their devices, it doesn’t work and there is no one to contact. Didn’t even provide a receipt for the purchase. Looks like a scam! I would not trust them with cameras.

Finally - a smart plug that doesn’t cost the earth, that comes with a free app which is also user friendly and very easy to use.
Connecting to the plugs is so easy, even my technophobic mother could easily do it within less than a minute.
