Poor customer service when device stop working
The app froze and when reinstalled can’t add back to my phone thinks I’m a new owner when required to delete account or have customer service delete to reinstall account to use item no response states 24 hours it’s been over a week. If you can’t reconnect to device to phone it serve no purpose. I’d rather invest in Apple at least you can talk to a human and get resolution.

I love my swift finder!!
I was a previous Tile user, but I had to leave my five tiles behind! More than half the time my tiles didn’t work, or the batteries died or I was so harassed by Tile to go premium and pay monthly for the app I had to leave them behind and my 6 tiles which I had a lifetime of free battery replacements, it still wasn’t worth the harassment.
I really really like this company and my SwiftFinder. It has worked every time, which is all the time and App hasn’t harassed me. I really appreciate this new system. It was easy to connect to and again it works every time! I love it🤗

I don’t want the swift tracker to stay in all the time
I only want to use the app only inside my home. I can not figure how to turn off the tracker from the Bluetooth. I only want to use the app manually
Better than airtags.
I rarely give five star reviews and I’ve used every product out there and this is the only one that’s never failed me.
Doesn’t pair
I have a bunch of perfectly functioning Trackr Pixel but this app is not able to pair with them, millions and millions of these Trackr Pixel have been sold so I would expect them to be supported.
Don’t buy
Batteries literally last only 3 months before the need to replace. Lost key Ring is barely audible so the device is hopeless. Constantly looses signal. Waste of money. Basically becomes an expensive plastic key fob !
Pop up messages are annoying.
Not loud enough.
Battery life is short
It worked great for the first week. Not so much after that

App Useage
Uses way too much phone battery! Also when searching for your lost item you can hardly hear the sound notification plus it only will locate the lost item within a close range! Not suitable lost luggage like the Apple AirTag!
