Great product, bad service
I got my Osmo pocket a few moons ago, and I wished to export my videos to my phone, so I download the app do everything and buy “pro”, just for them to take my money and not give me pro?
Did not work
Not work with iPad at all. Useless!

Scans, but cannot find device.
When I click “how to connect” it goes to a missing page.
The “tutorial” is just three irrelevant and inexplicable screenshots.
I am very concerned that maybe this app may be a dummy, never intended to work, but simply to spy.
I am uninstalling.

DJI has become a headache
Trying to use DJI associated apps that used to work, is just a huge waste of time and life! I would have given zero stars, but it wasn’t an option.
Terrible
The app does not work at all!! It doesn’t acknowledge or connect to my osmo pocket and the customer service is terrible!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!
Doesn’t work
Osmo won’t sinc to my phone and Bluetooth is on. Don’t know what to rate this, cause I know it works for other people.

Everything works with the default app but this one will not find or connect to my Osmo.
