Wrong notification’s sent by app
I have arm, disarm and panic mode enabled on my device.
When I set armed. The notification sent to all users is ‘panic alarm’ set by user 001.
Is there anything I can do to correct the notification to make it send the correct information!?

Somethings not working properly
When I first used this app I had the ability to arm and disarm the alarm system remotely, but for some reason this feature no longer works.
This was a great feature of the system and should be reinstated.

The periodic test reports (phone beeps) come through around midnight for me, if you turn off the comms in alerts you then don’t receive any alarm activations, not ideal
Can not remote arm/disarm alarm
Went with this for the remote arm and disarm however does not work at all.

App has never worked since installation.
Tech support from Amentco/Permaconn but still unable to use App on my iPhone since initial installation. Nobody can understand it?!

“2.0” in the app title causes 20 to autocorrect to 2.0
In v1.0 of the app, the same courts when typing 10. You’ll be surprised how often you type 10!

Works every time & easy to open via fingerprint, nice feature to see recent activity from my alarm system. Highly recommend this
