App is Garbage
The app updates and no longer recognises my login information and there is no way to contact my credit union to rectify it.
My savings are no longer accessible via the app & I’ve got no way to get to it…

Firstly where was the communication about the change to the app? As someone with disability, trying to navigate new apps is difficult. A heads up would have been nice.
I am trying to register for the first time, all I get is CIF number is inactive. No information what a CIF is as the acronym doesn't translate to any of the required fields? but most importantly, no way to ask for help! No information in initial screen for number to call, live chat or email.

Unfortunately I’m going to have to close this account. There have been too many times when I need an urgent transfer of funds and the site is down.
Useless
Can’t get on half the time, FaceID works….then doesn’t work. Can’t get on today when I wanted to withdraw some money.
