This has been a game changer for our HR Shared Services team. On day 1 of product launch our daily tickets dropped over 60% and now at 6 months we have nearly 74% automation where employees self service themselves versus asking HR repetitive and redundant questions. Our HR team has moved from reactive to proactive with our employees and now we only handle human intervention needs. It’s given HR over 60% of our time back.
