Hello there, Thanks very much for the feedback. We have seen that a partial group of users on older versions of iOS (ie 12.4) are experiencing this issue. Our advice would be to upgrade to iOS 13.3 if possible. If you would prefer to stay on 12.4 there is a new version being deployed tomorrow which should address this problem as well as provide some great feature updates. Very best wishes, IRIS Audio Team
