I’d like to love this app, until my coach “disappeared” after I submitted my work.
There was a hidden policy on the billing details page, which I can’t find it anywhere after I paid and started my monthly subscription, which was you can only receive 5 one-on-one coaching inside the app from your coach every month. The customer service said that they didn’t even recommend more than one coaching per month since they wanted the learners to practice more before they submitted their work. (Practice one module per month?)
Ok, are we paying money for the pre-record videos? And what’s ChatterFox’s superiority? You should clarify all the course plans ahead, instead of making the point that people are guaranteed to get the money back if they are not satisfied, but hiding all those additional refund requirements and the service you provide somewhere hard to find.
I would strongly recommend those who want to enroll their programs to look through their policies carefully. Even on the billing detail page, you should check every single policy and service that they would provide in your course.
I really want to love it. But I’m disappointed. It’s not what I really want. If you have more time to learn, ChatterFox has its limit to get feedback from a coach every month.
