A vast improvement to its predecessor.
The refresh time is so much quicker and the features are much improved. It now integrates seamlessly with the availability calendar application so there’s no need to open two apps. The best feature I think, is the multi-agency support. So a user can be a member or a volunteer of two or more agencies and can manage their communications with each agency separately using one app.
