  • Continual error message

    Trying to open the app, shuts down almost immediately saying location error. Still does work when turning off VPN
  • Totally rubbish system

    Lots of faff inputting passport and taking selfies so as loading up check in details in order to get an electronic key on my phone. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME - it does not work (except in the lift). Had to check in in the normal way in the end.
  • Not intuitive

    Once you figure things out, it’s ok. But, if you click and log into the loyalty program and happen to select: “keep me logged in” there is no way to log out of that. And from there you cannot manage a booking more than 4 months out. So you can’t manage a booking…I deleted the app and redownloaded to reset. So, if you don’t select: “keep me logged in” it’s better.

  • Outdated

    App is confusing and doesn’t even find an existing reservation. Embarrassing for a top tier hotel!
  • Useless app

    This is an unacceptable useless app. It requires a ton of unnecessary security checks and additional steps, and it does not support social login which would make the process much easier and secure. After spending about 20 minutes to complete the process (if you really insist) you discover than there is nothing you can do afterwards. It does not recognise the reservation name and there is no other way to and the reservation. What a pity for such a premium hotel.

  • Unintuitive/can’t claim old account

    There is a reason why this APP has a low rating. For a top level hotel, they have choosen a bottom tier APP interface.

    Became a member before they required us to make an account with a password. Tried to make an accountant, but app doesn’t take into consideration an older membership.

    So when I tried to make a new account, the online application was rejected due to my information already being in their system.

    I give the representative at the concierge desk 5 stars for their efforts and time to try and straighten this out, ZERO STARS to this APP and the concierge’s supervisor who instructed the concierge to keep referring us to use the APP.

    Anyone applying for a membership, new members should have no large problem, but insist on a physical membership card regardless, so that you have your account number and proof of membership in physical form.

  • Makes my brain hurt

    Don’t understand the point of all this pre-registration stuff. None of the apps work correctly, the verification process is broken and even if you manage to do it…you need to go through the check in process anyway. There are zero offers and earning ‘resort points’ just seems a cynical data collection exercise. If they are trying to achieve some form of loyalty then they need to actually provide some value to the customer in order to do so.

  • Incredibly complex - no result

    A place like MBS the guests needs a smooth experience. Someone with a guest mindset needs to work work with IT.
  • Can’t log in very frustrating

    Sent details got code to log in but would highlight keyboard to enter log in details rebooted and lost membership no absolute joke 😡
  • Login is broke

    Signed up but can’t login. Doesn’t email membership number so can no longer login or signup. Useless!
