The app for iPhone doesn’t work. You can be in the middle of delivery a proposal and it will require you to change your password when you lose all the work you did at that point so use iPhone, Id recommend Arbor Gold.Verm Garo

Totally unstable in the field
We have been trying to implement single ops as it seems impressive from the sales info and many possible capabilities throughout. However, we have been doing many test runs, and after many many hours trying to integrate the mapping and field user capabilities with the proposals we have been creating, we have only experienced multiple crashes and lost information inputted as well as for some reason, that I’ve never experienced with any software I’ve ever tried, it drains all of our devices batteries during use of the software. So wierd!!! Whether it’s a tablet or a phone, very very unstable system. Don’t even bother. We’re going to cancel our subscription!Show lessMattnewbros
This is a good application when it works.
The application crashes frequently when drafting proposals for clients if you need to access another application such as Photos while drafting a proposal -Something I need to do frequently. It is not stable while running in the background. There is no auto save, so make sure you update proposals frequently as you draft them, particularly when drafting large proposals and each time you minimize SingleOps. It is a fundamentally unreliable, unstable, bug-ridden application for the current versions of iOS, and unless you are already stuck using it I would consider using an alternative application for your company’s needs.Show lessBVH1776
Worst CRM program ever!
We signed on with single ops at the beginning of this year with high hopes for the system. The first few months were just training but we still had to pay for those months even though we were not implementing the system yet. Since we have implemented single ops into our daily tasks we have been running into issue after issue to the point that it’s more of a hassle to actually use the system then it is helpful or useful for our business. I have been paying for my employees to be able to use the app for the route, the app doesn’t even work, single ops is having us use the shortcut from the website instead. I paid close to $6000 for the CRM system and it has been nothing but a headache to use. I’ve been having many other issues with them as well. Very laggy system with lots of glitches, Random accounts going to zero and accounts disappearing from the route and accounts reappearing after being canceled. The credit card processing company is absolutely terrible, they have been holding over $10,000 for over 3 months now. Go elsewhere, i’m not the guy to write bad reviews but this is absolutely disappointing and now they’re not even allowing a full refund after all the countless problems we’ve been having, Plus on top of that we have lost several accounts due to the issues we have experienced. Signing up with single ops was one of the worst decisions we have made for our company, avoid at all cost!!! I’m going to Service autopilot much better system.Show lessVitaly Aspidov
Great companion to a fast adapting platform
The support is amazing! Robert and Kim and team are doing an excellent job at improving the app every step of the way.
I’m happy to have an intricate app that is fully functional and a great team making it all happen.
The lack of a star is because the app still has some quirks and my apologies for not submitting enough requests.
If you need your entire customer database and job history in the palm of your hand, this is the app.
