Nice app, but not too reliable
This app is nice to use and has a good UI.
The problem is that the data isn't always accurate, for example, it can't look up any device made in 2021 or later by serial number, and looking up my 15PM by IMEI says it's it's 1TB (it's 256G)

Tried it for my Apple Watch 7 series
This “superstitious, and very acclaimed app”, has to either be still in its early stages of development or plainly a poor service trying to be practical with the audience it’s claiming to serve. I did however, successfully get one of my apple devices to come up in the serial number/ IMEI location provided by said provider. It’s claims are not 100% accurate. As it cannot verify that I own a 100% legitimate, came from, apple, was in the box, with matching numbers and proof of purchase, and all that junk. And still have no idea why I have a apple product that is from Ireland and is unidentifiable?

Don’t get it..
What is the meaning of that….. “Locked - N/A “ can you explain to me please??
Wonderful for sellers and collectors
As someone who collects and resells these devices, this app has been incredible for verifying device information. It has even helped me find iOS devices running rare versions of iOS. This app is free, but I would gladly pay for it considering how much money it’s helped me earn!
Awesome
How can i determine if there is lock?
Amazing
I make money flipping phones and this app was a lifesaver. Everything that I need to know is provided by this app with your IMEI. Awesome

Thank you — glad you're enjoying Lookup! 👍
Simple and useful
Enter SN into the app or scan the barcode on the product box to get a bunch of useful info. Knowing what iOS version a phone likely shipped with is helpful when buying new. Especially when your work refuses to fix their internal apps to work on latest iOS, forcing you to look for something not updated.
An idea for an improvement would be allowing users to submit (or at least make the dev aware of) information that is missing. My 12 Pro has no product picture, and the info provided is somewhat sparse compared to an X🅂 I looked up. (Only 1 item under the “Hardware” tab vs 4 items for the X🅂 as an example.)

Hey! Thanks so much for leaving this review. Could you drop us a note on support@reincubate.com so we can take a look at that data? We'd love to sort that out.
UPDATED: Works!
UPDATE: Oh the power of reviews! An update appears to have fixed this and it works. Obviously it is free, so anything that works and is free is win/win! Gives good information on production dates as well, so will help with keeping Apple inventory together for work and home. Does not do Mac or other stuff, so Apple mobile only.
ORIGINAL: No matter what I tried, this app refused all inputs (IMEI, Serial number) on both iPad and iPhone.

Oh no! Sorry — we’ve just pushed out a fix for a few queries that weren’t returning results. It should be all good now. 🙂
Great Support and App
After installing this app originally, there was bugs on iOS 12. But thankfully, the Reincubate team reached me and had let me know they were working on a fix at the time. The app works as intended and is especially useful when buying devices from Third-Party Sellers. Great app and great team, from my experience.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for reaching out. The fix is now live, so if you update all should be good for iOS 12. Sorry for the hassle! 🙂
