App crashes/wont load
Since the latest update, we’ve been unable to use our lights. The app won’t open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but still get the same error.
Crash on launch
One of my sets of lights is off and I can’t turn them on thanks to the app not loading.

App won’t open after latest iOS update. Just keeps crashing. Cant control my lights at all.

Everytime I try to use the app it shuts down . Never had this issues before
Smart Pixels App
Smart Pixels App, does not work, constantly closes by itself. Can’t use my RGB Scrolling Lights, the way I want too.
Doesn’t work
