Instructions are not clear. Spent way too much time trying to figure out how to input serial number/scan code etc. (in what sequence) and nothing worked. So I left. Too bad bc this EV station is convenient to where I live.BEVlover

App doesnt work, when you are at the charging station, it will ask you for the QR code of the station or serial number and after that will not let you finish the set up.alex09227

How does it work?
I tried entering the serial number and the setup button wasn’t available. I tried scanning the QR code and it takes me to apple pay. I hold my phone on the scanner and it starts beeping but doesn’t do anything when I double tap the power button. Chargepoint works with no issues as does other apple pay options.
I tried calling the listed number and I was put on hold once someone answered.Berf04
