Not Impressed
This has been going on for a while now,
what’s worse is when you try to get support the app tells you you do not have a subscription so you can’t report any issues.
I brought my lifetime access via apple themselves, so now I have to ask for a refund some how. Not Impressed

Make sure your iPhones mute sound button is off. It should work after that
