A jeweler is someone you should have for life
Purchased 2 rings 3 necklaces 4 pendants
The engagement ring we had custom made 2.76 crt solitaire. Diamond kept becoming loose about ever 5 months! We asked to have it set in a different setting they said they would get back to us with pricing. Never did! I was 5 months with not being able to wear my engagement ring as the diamond is loose, messaged them again they told me they were away on vacation though covid and they would get back to me. Never did. They have live shows on facebook showing their new products new customer. Yet they could take care one they would of had for life!! So we decided to have the diamond set with a different jeweler in a different setting. Then we got another appraisal done on the Diamond! To our surprise The diamond didn’t match the appraisal we were given from Kehlani. I feel lied to and unappreciated, to say the least.
we also had problems with one of the pendants which we had repaired and the dock same diamonds fell out again.
I understand jewelry can have issues we gave them the chance to fix it over several months and our concerns were just ignored!
