Scooter won’t reconnect
So I was going shop then I locked it then when I tried to connect to the app it wouldn’t connect at all so I had to walk it all the way home can you fix this bug

Everything seems fine can’t connect the official app to unlock the proper features but somehow can connect to a completely different app

I have an iPhone 12 updated to iOS 15.2 however the scooter doesn’t even get off the loading screen when trying to find my scooter even when the app works I have about 10 seconds to look at everything before the app kicks me out or the app freezes making me try and log in again
My scooter won’t unlock
Came back from the gym after locking my scooter on the app , went to reconnect and it can’t find my device, now i’m stuck having to get a taxi to go home because I’ve been trying to connect for the past half hour 👍 how can I unlock it I only recently bought this last week
Battery!!!
Scooter is great although to use any functions like the lights!! Can only now switch on through app! Since last software update battery charge lasts less and now does less than 5 miles per charge where it used to be closer to 8miles per charge , disappointing as replacement battery is almost half a new scooter

lock don’t work
what’s the point of having a lock within the app when you can connect to scooter with a completely different phone and unlock the scooter... SO WHY BOTHER WITH THE LOCK WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK TO A POINT OF IT BEING WORTH IT??? please make it so you can’t bypass the locking just as easy as connecting with a different phone.. a 2 year old could get pass the locking of the app its a complete waste of time locking the scooter with this app. ?????? PLEASE FIX THIS AS WORTHLESS AS IT IS.......

Please fix the Bluetooth problem this was my first time trying to connect to the app whilst my scooter is on and the app can’t find the scooter please fix ASAP.
Battery charging time??
Very good product so far so good, I have noticed that it’s taking a long time to recharge is this normal?
Great when works! FIX Firmware update
Latest update will not install Firmware to AoVo Pro scooter, I can go upto 28mph but the features of the button in the scooter will only turn it on and off, no other functions!
