Not impressed. No value add above the Blueshield app. More difficult to navigate, slower response times.
At the very least Blue Shield should give us the option to use EngagementPoint or the standard Blueshield app.DKWCF

Blue shield Updates have been forcing pain on users. Now I can not access the Blue shield site neither on phone nor On PC.4Darvish
Painful compared to the Blue Shield app
Got forced to download this app as my employer enrolled in the Engagement Point program. This is a glorified mobile webpage masquerading as an app.
Sacrifices all the utility of the Blue Shield app for non-essential engagement surveys:
-Has no security features like TouchID or Face ID
-links out to browser to load Blue Shield plan details, claim benefits, ID Cards
-no longer has clear integration to HSA account
Also, wellbeing survey paths are somewhat nonsensical: I took the tobacco assessment (and answered the first question with No, I have never smoked) in order earn engagement points and now constantly getting pushed to continue tobacco cessation program. :facepalm:Show lessStheJedi
