Garbage chair and app
Not worth spending that much money on crap like this
App Doesn’t Work
You would think they would fix this after having people spend 10 grand on a massage chair.
App is a joke
Have spent hours trying connect the Bluetooth and the wireless charger and the voice commands to no avail. App is a piece of junk.
Getting better
The application no longer crashes. I am impressed with the quick response time. This application does not do much but allow you to connect Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to your chair. The instructions for connecting to an Amazon Alexa are incomplete. It wants me to link my Alexa app to a OGAWA account. There is no way to create that account and it’s Alexa skill error message is in another language.
