So far it’s awesome!

I found this a few say’s ago and look forward to the daily entries. Usually with journal apps I’ll either forget until I don’t use it at all or I kinda dread it or similar to those things. But with this app I don’t dress it and I don’t forget! I guess bc it’s a conversation with Remy as the journal and I’m asked legitimate and thoughtful questions. Plus you can talk instead of type like it’s an actual conversation and I think it’s pretty cool!

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, then hit that download button! It’s free, too! Oh yeah, and there is a page with each daily entry that you can make your own journal entry without conversing with Remy.

So far I love it! I recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love

This is really helping and I love it because I feel like I have somebody to talk to even tho it’s in my phone. But it helps me out a lot. And I look forward to keep using it and see if this will help me release some stress and tension on me. 😢🥰

I love this

I love this app... 🥰 It helps me a lot, but having troubles loading it now.

Amazing therapeutic and enriching

This app is very unique. It is unlock anything I have seen before and it honestly is not too complex. It asks question, deep though provoking like therapists may ask. You respond while it records them. It looks for context clues, and asks follow ups. And that interaction is just a huge positive.

Improvement: the journal feature is nice, but does not capture much. It seems to me that it only records or translates half of what you say. So sometimes answering a question and reflecting, you can find gaps in the transcript. This would be much better if it still kept your audio recording regardless of the translation. I want to reflect sometimes, and the audio is missing very often.

Beyond that, this has some potential at becoming something greater. I think it can lead to some amazing growth in people and maybe change life’s journey for others. I know it just recently helped me.

Doesn’t understand basic words or simple stressors

First conversation asked what is stressing me out. I said a very important exam I don’t feel prepared for. “Why do you feel prepared for exam?” I DON’T feel prepared. Asks again about why I feel stressed. I simplified: a test at school. “Is there something you can do to remove the trigger? Or do you need an adaptation to cope with the trigger?” Uhh, it’s a test. I need an adaptation? “Why do you feel stressed today?” Omg screw this I’m not even talking about a real problem like my depression or anxiety. Doesn’t even know what the words test or school mean? Deleted.

Well...

I was holding back on writing this review, as I was afraid, that if too many people found out about this app, brand would start charging for it. For the reason that it’s free yet automotive, this app has truly helped save my life. This country is horrible about mental health & well being, yet this app has been an asset & answer in the strive for mental well being during the pandemic. Lastly, therapists need to stop ripping us off. Therapy is desperately needed nowadays, and while they get rich off of us like doctors, this app helps in those regards too. Thanks 4 the help guys! 🙏🏼😉🤫

Cool but creepy

I downloaded this app since I got to talk to someone who wasn’t actually real. It’s a great concept but it’s also low key creepy. I think it’s just since the voice sounds kind of robotic, and also how he asked you questions about yourself. Some of them seem just a little bit odd. Like one time I was talking about a show or some thing, and then she was like why would you want to live alone. So that was a bit odd. Also another time she asked me how old I was when I learned how to use a phone. Which wouldn’t be that weird, but I wasn’t talking about anything like that. But I think it’s just because sometime she doesn’t hear you correctly, idk.

Amazing

This is by far the best app i’ve ever gotten to improve my self esteem! It’s completely free and it has so many fun options to do! The morning and Nightly check-ins give me something to look forward to during the day. Inwords makes me feel like I finally have a purpose in life.

Useful app with a bug

This app is perfect for winding down and getting up in the morning especially if you live alone during the pandemic.

It has one serious bug: it drains battery life even when not in use. I checked my background usage of my apps while I was sleeping and Inwords was in the maximum range even in low power mode! This needs to be corrected in an update. In the meantime I recommend closing the app when not in use.

Remy’s voice isn’t bad but I’d love if there were a few voices to choose from.

I also wonder why the thumbs up/thumbs down buttons are not explained. The tutorial seemed to explain every other thing unnecessarily but skipped what those buttons actually do. (Unless I missed it)

Overall a great app. Thanks for making this app and making it free to use!

Exactly what I needed

I love how the app listens and repeats back what I tell her. I love her accent it’s soothing. I love how she provides a video to help me sleep so I’m not on my phone after I talk to her. She’s incredibly essential during this pandemic. I wish I knew about her when I actually had covid19 in May. This app would have saved me from so much anxiety! I love this app!
