Good idea and concept, support is truly not helpful at all. My Emirates account was syncd, and then stopped working. Essentially support said it’s not an issue on their system (full stop) I’ve deleted my Emirates account from my app, logged in and out of it multiple times and still the issue continues. It’s annoying as I’ve recently done international travels and no CMB is received from this, and the people I’ve recommend this app to, have also not received any of their CMB due to this syncing error with Emirates accounts . 60000+ miles.
