? Do I need a period app
I just come to my attention that this is not a need a must have app. It goes beyond just tracking you. It helps you see your whole mood and how it really affects your day-to-day life. I also found that I was referring to it more when I had little trips planned to be prepared. Even at the free level of this app, you still get many benefits. I adopted this app because I enjoy Waterllama. The tracking is fun and I like how far out it provides estimates for. I appreciate that mood and physical tracking are all in one place. In some other apps I have used in the past you can track the intensity of symptoms which I found really helpful and would love to see implemented here. I agree with what others have said about how great it would be to have more emotions, symptoms and circumstances to choose from. The interface is really excellent and easy to use and will make me keep coming back to this app. Great job from a small developer.Show lessAstrophysics101

Super cute, the llama matches your mood. I only wish that they made everything free, there is no period app that doesnβt involve not paying anything. I think maybe i would rate it 5 stars if we got more options (doesnβt have to be a lot).Otherwise love it, ( I also downloaded water llama ) but also thanks for making periods a little cuter with the llamas!Show lessCrazyChickenQueen

I bought the premium version a while back but I've noticed over time it takes such a long time to load into the app, regardless if I'm on data, the doctor's office wifi, my home wifi. It is so inconvenient to check when your last cycle was or to put a new cycle in that I rarely go into the app anymore, let alone use the "premium" features like the extra symptoms. I would much rather use the default health app to log my cycle than to wait 30 seconds, attempt to tap a button, have the app crash on me when it takes too long.
Another issue I have is that the app doesn't autocorrect your cycle based off the data you put in. If I'm consistently 4 days late, every single month for 8 months in a row, maybe I'm not late, that's my cycle. I understand there is a function you can use to correct this but for paying $10 for the premium version when other period apps can simply do this for you for free is a bit silly.
App gets 2 stars for being cute and working well before performance issues. If I could get a refund, I would.Show lessmovhicream

You say say that our data will remain our little secret, but specifically: is our data store with individually identifying information on your serves? Maybe you wonβt βsell,β or βshare,β which is very good, but what if you are required to turn over individualβs information in connection with a legal investigation? The only reason I trust Apple with my health information is that they encrypt health information on their servers and they do not have the key to decrypt it, so they cannot turn over information to the authorities even if they were asked to.Show lessiPadAppReview_15

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Please note that we do not have access to any user information, since all data is stored only locally on the user's device and nowhere else. The data on the user's device also does not contain any personal data that can associate this data with the user. If the user has allowed the syncing with Apple Heath, then their health data is recorded into the Apple Health app and Apple stores it encrypted. Hope that helps! This app is apparently my favorite app. I love it all! Especially the lama! But the problems I have is that you have to pay for it, that there are limitations on the emojis, and the widget for the Lock Screen only works on a phone, but it works on a phone and an iPad with the Home Screen. Btw I never knew that you could add and delete widgets, I didnβt even know about them for that fact! But other then that I love it! I guess you learn new stuff every day.Show lessRiri cat

Donβt get me wrong I love this app but I wish it had all the cool features so that other people can afford it. Also I have some suggestions you guys should make an update like dressing up the llama or having a setting for a first periods and make thing were you can change your background otherwise itβs perfect πShow lesswdurhhgthxdefgf

Great app, but if I'm paying for an app, I don't want pop-ups advertising TikTok. It's all very distracting. I thought that was the point of paying for the full version - to escape irrelevant pops up. NO, I DON'T WANT TO WATCH A FUNNY TIK TOK VIDEO while entering my health details. I already purchased water lama, so STOP suggesting it. It's a turn-off and makes me want to find a different app to record my period.Show lessRuki G

My pre-teen daughter found this app and now we both have it. I love that I can turn off the sex and ovulation portion for her and leave mine on! She can still track her mood and other items, and this is such an inviting and fun tool to have included in the period arsenal! Need options for those who arenβt predictable
Due to age and birth control, my period is very irregular in time between cycles and the cycle length. I donβt need predictors, I need to be able to track when it actually happens. Because itβs very hard when you go to the doctor and they ask you the first day of your last period and it was months ago and you have no idea.
