The app developer TSG are crooks

Ten Square Games customer support is terrible. Contacted them about a recent glitch that caused me to lose $12.99 in game purchase. They admitted to there being a temporary 20 hour glitch in their system that affected only certain players (myself being one of those affected players). Even after admitting to it being their issue, and me contacting them 4 times over a 5 day period, they basically told me “Too bad for you, no refund. Have a nice day”. Dealing with TSG is basically useless. They’re also always making it nearly impossible to play the game and achieve any objectives without now having to spend money each day. Total scammers
