VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE
Im very disappointed with their service. The app doesn’t even show live tracking. They have no value for their commitment. From Dubai to Abu Dhbai a package I sent it has been more than 48 hours still did not reach the destination. The contact person keeps lying. He told me driver on the road and will reach by 3 pm latest which was one day ago. After 7 pm they stopped taking calls and did not even reply to whatsapp messages. Fast and cost effective delivery
I have been using Safe Arrival (previously Wing) for a few months now and it’s been a joy. Requesting a new delivery is easy and the delivery is fast, but with Wing sometimes next day meant 2 days but it’s not an issue to me as I am never in a rush. I’ve saved myself hours of driving with this service.
I requested same day delivery last month and it arrived the same night. Highly recommended!Show lessDubaian-
