It makes no sense
Got the app after signing up at a Refuel put in my phone number then when I went to see my rewards after months of putting in my number at locations. It asked me to sign in with my email or username which I have never formerly filled out and latterly never givenRefection65

Doesn’t recognize the number as valid
The number that you are supposed to use at the pump to recognize you as a rewards customer doesn’t work ever. Says it’s invalid but it’s the only number associated with this app. Just deleted it, not worth much anyway.Sdswcu

They allow there employees to come in sick and they don’t treat their employees equally they fired a boy who was improperly trained and you have employees standing around not doing nothing and employees using company water to wash their own vehicles. . They also bring in food and are able to cook it in the company kitchen.Show lessMrs.Conceited
Bait and switch scam
I strongly advise not to download this app and then confirm your email address. I did it expecting to save money on a fountain drink as the gas station clerk told me. She said, downloading the app and joining their rewards program will “save me money” but the app doesn’t working on products inside the store so it appears to be just another way for Refuel do steal your information and not actually discount store items.Show lessFire Mike
Fuel prices in app are never accurate
Any gas station that’s a Refuel station is always $0.50 higher than the station nextdoor, but the app always says it’s way lower. If you’re gonna put random numbers then just don’t say prices in the appjf is iwwjxjwxjwx

Thank you for this feedback. We have temporarily removed this feature while we work to improve the accuracy of the fuel pricing displayed in the app.It’s a okay app
So the app feels a little barebones all things considering. I wish you could sign up for refuel rewards through the app but you can’t.
Edit: Refuel responded to my review. After a few months I downloaded the app again. To update my review as it’s not fair to keep a two star review of a build version from months ago and people seeing it thinking it’s not a good app because of that. So has the app changed a lot?
Granted not by much but not in a bad way. I don’t think the app needs a huge UI change as it’s easy to navigate. I like that you can use mobile coupons through the app and see current deals that Refuel Stations offer. So all and all I think the app has received so very useful quality of life improvements.
I know you still can’t sign up for Refuels rewards program through the app yet. But in the developer response they mentioned that they were working on it. So I have to say I can’t find much to complain about when it comes to using the app. Which is a good thing I think they did a good job.Show lessScarite
