General • Updated Look & Feel We continue to make incremental changes for a more consistent look and feel in the mobile application. In this release, most notable are changes to Search, Toggles, Radio Buttons, Check Boxes, Drop-downs and Input Fields. • Fixed Some Bugs Scheduling • New Print Options Available Capacity has been added as an optional selection to include when printing the schedule in Gantt format providing visibility to the projected times that may be most suitable for tasking. We have also added a grayscale print option to the simple schedule view that improves readability of the headers and footers from a black and white printer • Scheduling Enhancements We have made several enhancements to Scheduling, including: The Employee menu will be disabled when a user is above Store Level. The Availability by Week report will now indicate borrowed employees by displaying a (B) on the printed report. Added Leave Date to the schedule edit report allowing a user to see if termination of employment was the cause for a shift being removed. Loan Period start and end dates can no longer be adjusted to dates in the past, eliminating discrepancies between scheduling and T&A data. Users are no longer allowed to draw in shifts for employees if they are already scheduled elsewhere in the same slots. Employees must be connected between stores through the Borrow Employee feature. The Prescheduled Selling Activity will no longer appear in Activity Standards as they do not apply for automated activity layering during the scheduling process. Task Management • Notes for Task Images Following a similar workflow to Task Photo Markups, users can now add text notes to images from Task Photo Reporting to provide their stores with feedback on an image. Just as in Markups, a message will be sent through At-a-Glance, allowing the store user to view the added notes. Dashboard • Last Full Dashboard The dashboard now provided the ability to select “Last Completed” in addition to a selected time period. This will provide visibility to results for the last fully completed timeframe selected. For example, on a Tuesday you could select Last Complete Week and see the full results for last week. • Performance Quadrants Performance Quadrants provide a new way of comparing performance across stores for a single KPI. Users Select a KPI and Compare to Target or LY. The performance quadrant plots stores based on Actual KPI performance and change to Target or LY. This helps users quickly identify high performers and opportunity stores in a visual manner helping to quickly identify outliers. Communication • Design Update The folder structure of Communication has been replaced with a more visual approach. Each Communication Category is now assigned an Icon or Uploaded Image when created providing the opportunity to brand your document library. The Category images are available for selection at the top of the document library. The files assigned to each category will be displayed below the selected category. Store Visit • Store Visit Enhancements The action plan from the last visit report is now carried forward as view in the next report helping to close the loop and connect progress between visits. Categories on the Action Plan will now also be limited to only those sections that are enabled on the report Discussion Board • Post Videos Video clips up to 150mb can now be posted to Discussion Boards. This would typically cover a 5-to-7-minute video.

  • Can’t even scroll

I go to landscape mode and can’t even scroll on a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I mean why can’t these big business apps figure out the BASICS?!
  • Slow, crash and overall not a good app

Before the latest update the app was super slow. Would take 30-45 seconds to even open no matter your internet strength. After the update, app doesn’t even load at all. I’ve left it open to load for more than 5 minutes. It will just crash.
  • The lastest update is worst

Just keep on crashing. Unable to log-in even uninstalling it and reinstalling
