Over function is great, but Needs some improvements
I like it the app and it really can be really a great app but it needs some improvements. Easy fixes I think for a programmer. No phone number either, Just an email for their company and that they don’t respond to. I sent them questions about a month ago about the app and features/ bugs/ trying to get my logo to be approved, and still no response. I don’t know the last time they updated the app. (Not trying to be biased just giving my opinion)
1. When I add in new customer/ their info, the screen goes black when I save them and then I need to reopen the app and put in my password again. Can be frustrating. It’s almost 90% of the time.
2. There’s no option to schedule our sales representative to go out for a estimate. You can only schedule an approved project ready to be completed. That’s frustrating that we can’t use the same platform for all of our scheduling needs.
3. Once a tree is removed and the invoice is sent, you will no longer find that tree in the tree inventory so you can’t go back and add stump grinding if it still needs to be completed at a later time. The tree will need to be logged into the app again.
4. It’s been close to a month now, and our logo is still in review and hasn’t been “approved” so we don’t have our logo on our estimates, invoices, proposals, receipts, nothing.
5. If I scheduled someone for a later date but we were able to get them in earlier, they still appear on the calendar for the later date. It would be nice to see if a job was completed, that the color or something like the job becomes crossed out / checked marked on the calendar so that you know it has already been completed without having to click on the project and looking into the info.
6. No option to change the status of a project back after it has been approved. If a client approves, and then later changes mind, there is no way to change the status back to invoice “sent”.
7. MAJOR POINT! Lost clients because of this!!!! I have had multiple clients tell me they never received an email from us even though it was sent. I had followed up with them after a week of they had any questions and They stated they didn’t see anything in their email or spam. (Not just one client but multiple). We lost thousands of dollars because of this. So now I have to text each client to make sure they got the estimate right away.

I don’t like how if I wasn’t able to get an email address when I upload the customer info, once I finish their quote and the pre-populated message comes up, the recipient email is left blank but the system doesn’t pop up an error code or anything. It lets you hit send! And it didn’t send to anyone! And then the status of the invoice is changed to “sent” email even though no email on file! There needs to be a error message that pops up on the prepopulated email that says “no recipient email on file” and doesn’t allow you to send anything until that is filled in.
Will add more bugs as I continue using the app.

Awesome
I have worked on both the operations and the sales side of the industry, and this app is great for both. On the sales side, you can easily inventory all trees on a property and make specific notes about each tree if needed. I love that you can add pictures year over year to see the changing conditions of each tree. This is great as an arborist monitoring the health of the trees on a property and allows the client to keep track of the trees in their urban forest. As a crew member, I loved being able to see exactly which trees were on the proposal and detailed notes on what the client was expecting to make sure they would be as satisfied as possible with my work. It’s pretty easy to learn to use the app, and I’m always discovering new features. Definitely recommend!

I could say a lot about this app, but if you want to win more bids, streamline bidding, scheduling and invoicing then start using it now. You will save hours a week with this app, and your customers And crew will thank you. Ive been using it for 5 years Will never use anything else.
App is Game Changer
My business is doing better now that I can get people estimates on the spot. It shows new customers your serious, you mean business, and you have a system in place. It also helps you on the business side of getting people to agree to a service and they accepted it in case you have the idiots who try and get out of paying you. But by far there support is great if there are any bugs. I have personally met the folks who manage the app and own the tree business. They are top notch!

Awesome App, but how do I use it?
We’ve used every tree service app there is. Treezi is by far the coolest, most attractive, and comprehensive estimate creating app we’ve come across. However, I’ve searched online and found some YouTube training webinars (i.e Arbor plus webinars) that teach you the basics of inventory and creating estimates, but not much on the management side of the software. I still cannot figure out the online payment process stuff or QuickBooks integration. I understand they are a tree service and not a software company, but a couple of more educational videos would put other tree service software companies out of business. So what’s the problem guys?

This app is great for us small business owners. Brings us to 2020 for a fair price.
Little things are going to drive this app forward, but it’s pretty great already. Would be nice to be able to send customers their trees on the property without proposing work.
