Great app
I love to track my weight and more daily
And it’s always got workouts or breathing techniques for me to do when I’m stressed.

terrific app
easy to use and great way to keep track but doesn't open sometimes to track symptoms
Great concept, bad execution.
Love the idea, but it deletes logs, glitches when I try to fix deleted logs or logs where it changed the days, the insights don’t work, and I find it’s becoming more of a hastle than it’s worth.
Meh
I just hated that it made me go through a survey , set everything up for use and then asked me to pay for it , sorry it’s just frustrating
Liked it before the latest update
I loved the app before the latest update. But the latest update 100% took away my ability to track my pain. Which was the entire reason I got & was using the app in the first place!!!! VERY upset with this new update!!!!
Exciting idea but disappointing execution
I love the idea of this app and find the questions asked about pain are easy yet descriptive. However, I’m disappointed with how the app works and some of the messaging.
The insights beyond Day 4 are all non-functioning, the app continuously deletes any back data rendering consistent tracking useless, and the only feature that seems to work is the basic daily tracking. As the one feature of the app that I love does not properly save my entries, I can no longer use this app to track my pain.
As someone with chronic pain and physical disabilities, I also didn’t love the recent messaging on the app. The pop-up recognized my step count but told me I could “do better based on my BMI”; not only is BMI not a measure of ability, but it’s also not helpful messaging for someone who is in chronic pain or has mobility issues. Just something to consider before inputting future messaging around movement.

Idea is great but insights don’t work
The idea for this app is great and I like how the tracking is set up. After day 4 insights don’t work- they are opened but provide nothing except for a description of what they should do when I click on them.
Good, but...
I have tried several apps for tracking chronic pain and this is my favorite. It’s super easy to use. I enjoy the short videos for yoga and stretching. Unfortunately you can only track one pain and you can only track once a day.
The “insights” feature of this app leave a lot to be desired. It appears as if something will be unlocked after a certain number of uses, however they do not actually provide any insight or additional features as you might expect.
With all the seemingly negative comments I’ve left, this app has been by far the best for tracking one chronic pain. If you have multiple issues you’d like to track, this will not be for you.

Not working
I enjoyed the app before the last update. Now I cannot see my stats (the purpose of the app). I have plenty of data, so that’s not the issue. Please help!
My life. 💕. My pain. ♥️. My appointments
So far so good this year. Let’s see how well I keep up.
