Freezes every form on the picture upload.

Freezes every form on the picture upload. ALMOST EVERY TIME. it started three or four updates ago and has only got worse.

Offline work

So the app is supposed to still load offline, but I’ve noticed work orders spinning when in the middle of the desert or forest when the app was previously synced. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what but it’s frustrating.

When offline, the app uses data from the last sync. Some processes like custom calculations, dynamic show-hide or lookup questions are happening on the device and may take a moment to execute based on the form's complexity and the device's performance. Worst app ever

The developers should be imprisoned for creating such a dangerous app. It’s slow, it’s disorganized, and the IT people are located in former communist-bloc countries. There is simply no excuse for the United States to send confidential information to a foreign country that may be hostile to its interests.

Can’t Log In or Reach Support

I keep trying to log in but keep
Getting an error message “ portal is: does not exist “
I have checked with my company and I am using the correct portal Id

Still trash

I write this review as I have been trying to open a job order for the past 20 minutes and the app just doesn’t respond....as usual. Worst app I have ever used for inspections. Nothing has been fixed or addressed since I was forced to use this trash. I would give zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere, trust me.

You have to manually sync the app every time you log in. The form is so long with multiple pages that it takes forever to get through all of the pages. I also have trouble submitting because if a required field is missing, it doesn’t say which one. Unfortunately I’m required to use this app for my REO properties otherwise I’d drop it. It’s real garbage.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Here are a few tips that might help improve your experience: - You do not need to sync the app manually. Instead, activate the "Upload when online" feature from your Settings page within the app. Here's an article to help you configure this setting - https://help.worldapp.com/display/FHC/iOS+data+settings. - The length of the form is determined by your form creator and form owner. We recommend contacting your administrator to request a change. - When submitting a form that includes mandatory questions, each one that goes unanswered will be highlighted with a red border. You can also ask the form owner to mark each of these questions with asterisks, if you'd prefer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team directly at connect@form.com.

Won’t synchronize on mobile

Why won’t this app work on mobile phones? I have to use it on the tablet and it’s too cumbersome on that. It was convenient when it worked on mobile and it won’t syncronize.

Safety hazard on busy roads

This is a horrible app. It’s unsafe to have to put pictures in special sections when your sitting on an extremely busy road with no shoulder. The app should allow you to upload photos from your phones library so you can take the pictures and then pull over to a safe spot and upload them to their required field. Clients would be a lot happier with work we provide them if they cared about our safety at occupied properties more. I’ve yet to have an occupant be happy to see me taking pictures of their house and welcome me to pull into the safety of their driveway. The only thing this app is good for is vacancies where you have a safe place to park. And to mention the problem with the app crashing and deleting everything so you must save form after each picture or questions answered .

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulty with the application. In regards to the photo upload feature it is available in the app by default, but can be removed by form admin. That is something you can request from the app admin on your side. We would be happy to assist with that as well.

The worse app ever

This app is so sad it’s ridiculous. We need a way to pull jobs up on a map to see locations. This app is a safety hazard on busy roads we need to be able to check in but able to take photos and then add to there proper spots to be on a highway having to take the photo in its designated spot put at at risk for an accident. Also we need a way to make a file on the web page for routing to enter onto a map program having to enter each job into the mapping program is slow.
