When offline, the app uses data from the last sync. Some processes like custom calculations, dynamic show-hide or lookup questions are happening on the device and may take a moment to execute based on the form's complexity and the device's performance. Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Here are a few tips that might help improve your experience: - You do not need to sync the app manually. Instead, activate the "Upload when online" feature from your Settings page within the app. Here's an article to help you configure this setting - https://help.worldapp.com/display/FHC/iOS+data+settings. - The length of the form is determined by your form creator and form owner. We recommend contacting your administrator to request a change. - When submitting a form that includes mandatory questions, each one that goes unanswered will be highlighted with a red border. You can also ask the form owner to mark each of these questions with asterisks, if you'd prefer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team directly at connect@form.com.

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulty with the application. In regards to the photo upload feature it is available in the app by default, but can be removed by form admin. That is something you can request from the app admin on your side. We would be happy to assist with that as well.
