I seen this app for a little over one week, and my experiences with the app have been relatively positive so far. My 2 star rating is due to the lack of customer support, and the limited hours that they are available . It’s been over three days that I’ve been trying to get someone to respond to mine. Even during business hours, I am bounced around their FanDuel Coach Bot who has very limited abilities, and rarely understands simple questions.
