Like stepping back in time.
We currently have been utilizing Zoho to run our business, but started looking at Dynamics 365 products. Every Dynamics app we have come across is like something from 30 years ago that has never been updated. We compared this to our Zoho CRM and it doesn’t have near the functionality and features or as smooth. Not to mention there is no support. You want to modify this you need to go to a Microsoft partner. Our lowest quote was 30k! Just to setup! Zoho did it for free and calls every month just to check up. It seems like Microsoft is completely out of touch with SBM’s and forgot how to make software. I would recommend Microsoft engineers to actually look at your competitors software because this app is decades behind the competition.

Issue - duplication of future activities
If you push out the due date of any type of activity then the activity is duplicated every day between the Start Date and the new Due Date.
Hard for small companies to get help
We need some basic information about jow to set up but all the providers we could find want big upfront fees and long term expensive subscriptions. It’s creating a failure to launch (again). We have up a couple of years ago and are trying again. It you k ow someone who can give consulting on an hour by hour or day by day basis it would be a huge help.

Reporting and speed
The app is practically unusable. Its far too slow to refresh data. The built in reports are pretty poor. Often struggles to illustrate lines of orders. Have defaulted to use the browser but this should be easier and better to use.

Clutters the calendar with unwanted appointments (if you delete the calendar event you lose the follow up in the app).
Basic useful function like alerts for account changes - non existent
Jitters when working in a spreadsheet OR slides all over the place - never know which you’ll get!

Simply the most clunky CRM Platform I’ve ever used
Pushing an app with fewer features
Microsoft wants to EOL the previous app while this sales tool doesn’t even scan a business card, something a million indie devs have in every app. It’s ridiculous to me that accurate OCR from business cards isn’t considered a top priority.
The crash app
Tried using this app years ago, but would not work and went away from it. The company started using the app again and the same problems of it crashing for all users. We delete it and reinstall it everyday to use it. Microsoft needs to figure this out.
