Unfortunateness
The latest version is… passable. I can access the content. But the full screen button is on the wrong side of the screen and there’s no way to scrub through videos. So… it fails me in a lot of ways.
Great app
I was honestly skeptical of the app at first, I had some issues with it but found out they were issues with my course and not the actual application. I usually would access from my laptop, but sometimes it would ease my mind checking up at what chapter I was on while being out and not have the laptop with me! I found out that not only you can access the chapters and see the titles but also the whole page of the course, including videos and photos of my course. Straordinary, now I finished my course and makes me want to do another course just to have a lil more time with this app, but since I’m done with the course there is one only thing to do :(

They desperately need a tablet version
I can’t be the only one who uses an iPad/tablet to watch course videos. A tablet has a much better screen size for educational videos and is easy to carry around.
As a busy mum, I’m often watching course videos in the kitchen so an iPad is ideal and a phone is too small to see people using whiteboards or doing demonstrations.
But WHY OH WHY have Kajabi not developed their app for the iPad?
They just have a phone version which means you have to zoom in to see the videos and everything looks blurry on the iPad because it’s the wrong resolution. 😩😩
I love my courses on Kajabi, but it’s a pain trying to learn with Kajabi using an iPad.
Please release an update for the iPad. Please!!! 🙏

Kajabi
I think during the changes that are very exciting. I am sure, there was a little blurb of two parties not knowing what the other one was doing, but what I’m finding right now is spectacular customer service, diligent follow up and really genuine communications. I would like to suggest to people that if they cannot get something done, make sure that the other product party you’re trying to find on Kajabi didn’t switch on Kajabi and go with someone else that was my issue. I was driving Kajabi nuts until I found out the products I had ordered before that were on Kajabi had been transferred to a different platform, this was an opportunity for me to see that Kajabi is someone I would be very interesting in using if I have my own business. I give a very personal shout out to Jorge V., who was the last of many sweet and helpful people in this process!!!!! BRAVO!

Not great on iPad
As other reviewers have stated, at lot of us only do our courses on an iPad. Please consider making an iPad version. It would make navigating the app and watching videos a lot easier
Please make an iPad app so people can easily review courses.
The iPhone to iPad app is awful, poorly designed and difficult to use. Especially when you want to rotate the device for reviewing course videos. Udemy app is much better for iPad. PLEASE FIX.

Annoying User Experience
I use this app for an online course I pay for. If there was an alternative I would use it. I try to listen in the car an it plays random videos from the app instead of playing the next video in sequence. Even on desktop this app is very clunky and awkward. This app is actively discouraging me from completing my course and it makes the whole experience more stressful.

Keeps losing my place /screen goes black
I would love to love this app. It just has some things that are deal breakers 1) it keeps losing my place in the video when it’s paused and I try to continue after a break. On the website, it can pick me up where I left off. Not here. 2) if I’m out of the app too long, it takes me totally out of the module. So, I not only lose my place on the video, I lose my place in the chapter of the module. 3) when I let it run in the background and try to go back after checking email or something, the video is black. I have to force quit to go back in and start the video again… and because of #1 it is starting from the beginning
