I’ve been asked 4 times now to rate this app. I literally just finished downloading it and immediately took a photo of my plant... unfortunately, the image was taking so long to find a “result” (more than 5 min) so I ended up closing and resetting the app. Once inside the app again (for the second time in my entire life), I was immediately bombarded with “Write a Review” so many times that I finally caved. And now this is my review. Peace out. I’ll find my answer somewhere else.

Does not recognize
I paid 30 dollars to use this app and get some plant and trees identified here in Puerto Rico and it never works! There is not even a customer service option. So disappointed with this app. Don’t buy the pro version.
