The root chakra is the first chakra in our energy body, and this chakra is the foundation of the entire seven chakra system. In Sanskrit, this chakra is known as the Muladhara chakra, and this is one of the most essential chakras in your body. It may be represented by the color red. It is symbolized by a lotus with four petals. For some, the most important of all; located at the base of the spine, it acts as the foundation for the energy that flows across your physical body.
To balance this chakra, we created the Root Chakra Therapy Muladhara.
This application will allow you to play a 228 Hz sound that is activated when you click the chakra sign. This binaural isochronic tone can be made even more pleasant thanks to nature songs:
• Sea Waves

Stimulate your Muladhara chakra energy by these tunes of your choice.
Muladhara is considered the foundation of the "energy body". Yogic systems stress the importance of stabilizing this chakra. Muladhara is located near the coccygeal plexus beneath the sacrumit, while its kshetram, or superficial activation point, is located between the perineum and the coccyx or the pelvic bone.
It is the first of the human Chakras. Its corresponding Mantra is LAM. The Muladhara Chakra forms the border between animal and human consciousness. It is linked to the unconscious mind, where our actions and experience from past lives are stored. Therefore according to Karmic Law, this Chakra contains the course of our future destiny. This Chakra is also the foundation for the development of our personality.
The Root Chakra is associated with the first task we undertake after birth, and that is to determine “Do I belong here?” …on this Earth and in this family system. It is not a conceptual question based on (thinking) cognition. It is instinctual.
In the symbolic picture of the Muladhara Chakra there is a Lotus with four petals. These represent the four functions of the psyche: mind (Manas), intellect (Buddhi), consciousness (Chitta) and ego (Ahamkara) - all of which originate in this Chakra.
The symbols of the Muladhara Chakra are characteristic of both energy and upward movement. The Chakra’s colour is red, the colour of Shakti. Shakti means energy, movement, awakening and development. Red symbolises awakening of the sleeping consciousness to active, alert consciousness. Another symbol of the Muladhara Chakra is the inverted triangle, which has two meanings. One meaning suggests that the Cosmic energy is pulled in and guided downwards, as if into a funnel. The other meaning indicates an upward expansion of consciousness.
Imbalance in life force energy in the Root Chakra can leave us feeling restless or experiencing a lack of energy, which may be expressed as anxiety, worry, panic, depression, frustration, resentment, anger/rage, or having no interest in the world or in our own survival. We may also experience symptoms such as being threatened, chronically feel as if we don’t fit in or belong, and experience insecurity and low self-esteem. Mental signs: poor focus, disorganized, pessimism, negative thinking about life and narrow thinking.
However, when the Root Chakra is balanced and energy can flow freely, it helps us increase the sense of belonging, feeling secure in our actions and choices, and have the ability to hold an increased sense of self-worth. Mental: Improved concentration, persistence, clear thinking, ability to set goals, ability to prioritize. Emotional: passion, love, excitement, determination.
