Can’t check Dukan Plus points balance!
I couldn’t find an option on the App or your website to check the Dukan Plus points program balance! Customers need a way to check their accumulated points balance.
Most of the store cashiers don’t know how to retrieve the points balance too!
I shopped at several Dukan stores and only one out of those had an employee who knew how to retrieve my points balance. He is not available though in all store shifts, and his colleagues at the same store don’t know the trick to provide the needed info!
