Fun platform I would use to create my games
I like to create content here because it is easy to use and fun to play with. I think this has a lot potential once the social aspects are blended in.
Terrible Do not Download
Developers should be ashamed. Stop clouding the app store with unfinished garbage and have some respect for creating apps. Everything is a cash grab or some sort of way to take a monetize peoples data. This is beyond a joke. Do not download...Do not support this app.
From Video Clips to Interactive Fun😄
What I love about Overplay is how effortlessly it turns any video into a game—no coding, no hassle, just pure creativity in under 10 minutes! The app's user-friendliness makes it accessible for everyone, and the experience feels like watching an episode of America's Funniest Videos but with a twist—you get to interact and play along. And the best part? You can create your own game from your videos, bringing friends and family into the fun. Overplay isn’t just about watching; it’s about connecting, creating, and sharing moments in an entirely new way. It’s an app that truly captures the spirit of interactive storytelling and creativity.

Uhmmm
Maybe make the game like.. playable??
Might as well make an app that adds subway surfers
The concept might seem intriguing at first, but the execution leaves much to be desired. The app demonstrates strokes at precise moments during the tutorial, but that's not how they work in real video games. This approach is reminiscent of time-based prompts seen in Telltale games and other action cutscenes. However, adding prompts to an ongoing video distracts from the experience plus how are we supposed to predict movement.
A more engaging alternative would be a path-based outcome interaction. Imagine reaching the end of a video and choosing an outcome that directs you to another video reflecting your choice. This would make much more sense and enhance the interactive experience far better than the current execution. Like an interactive story.
Overall, while the app aims to add an interactive layer to video content, it ends up taking away from the experience rather than enhancing it. A rethink of the core interaction model could make it far more appealing and effective.

It’s ok
Kids can’t get in without apple google or email you can’t sign up but the tutorial is god
Not my type of game, but if it is, you will love this!
Idk what all of these reviews are talking about, but this app is not “terrible” it’s actually pretty good! I feel like it’s a great way to play a quick game and have a fun time, I’m more into longer games, but I can’t lie, this would be great to play on the road, or if your offline! It’s great! Don’t let the reviews discourage you guys. Keep making this app great with more bug fixes and more content! Great idea and cool gameplay!

OMGGGG I did it!!!!!
I’ve always wanted to make my own video games but I don’t code and Roblox seems so involved and for kids. But I just made a game of my dog in the park and shared it with my family. So much fun!! Definitely gonna do more!!
So much fun!
This app is tons of fun to use and really helps my kids create more. There is far to much consumption and not enough creation in our world. Overplay makes it easy to be creative. We love this app!
Definitely not impressed
I saw this on Shark Tank and I think Mark definitely got scammed All it is is a video and almost nothing happens and it’s so laggy and my game crashed more times than u can count and I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so it’s not the phone that has a problem probably the worst app I ever got
