Hello Harold, Thanks for your feedback concerning the Autzu platform. Firstly, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. Our inspection and charging policies are in place to ensure all drivers receive a clean, damage-free and charged vehicle at the start of their rental. We understand charging an EV can take a little longer than getting gas, but we hope the cost savings associated with charging vs. paying for gas more than make up for the extra time. We would be happy to discuss this issue with you further and ensure you have a positive experience on our platform. I need someone at Autzu to contact me asap. The contact button isn’t working, the app is not working, and I’m stuck at a charging port in Pickering (not plugged in) unable to start the motor and go. Mikhail Devine. There needs to be an easier way to reach you in cases like this.Developer Response

Atzu will probably claim some kind of nonsense like, “we steal time, but we do it to ensure all drivers have a clean car, blah blah blah. But that is not true. 2 out of 3 cars were not clean and not charged properly. They did give a credit, but it was a lot lower than the actual cost to charge the car ( the charging rates fluctuate). Atzu doesn’t care about that. Atzu really believes that fairness means, stealing time is cool. As long as they are “doing it to every one the same way.
