Reviews of BNY Mellon | Pershing Access

  • Crashes every time!

The app crashes on the first attempt every single time I log in! Changing the name to BNY is not going to help you when you don’t have a half decent app. Even the tech support link on the Apple App Store doesn’t work. It’s pathetic.
  • New version worse than what’s already terrible

Useless information takes up so many columns that you can’t see the actual $$ amount unless you swipe pages of info to the left. Fonts are so tiny that you need a microscope to read and can’t even enlarge the fonts. Who’s building this thing? Are you even trying?!
  • Poor User Experience

I didn’t even I have a number of complaints about this app, but the first problem I encountered had to do with my username. Why provide a customer with a username they’ll never remember and then not allow them to change the username, or any other profile information such as my incorrect phone number, from the website or app? Basic functionality that a company of this size should have had in their initial app launch 4+ years ago.
