Won’t stay connected, works okay for a few weeks and then back to square one. Most of the employees have quit using it because of the consistency of the problems. It appears they’re not even trying to fix the problem. Been going on way too long.HDGHCVIDD

It’s nice and informative but who actually cares about that. Im more interested in my hours worked. They need to add total hours with the OT break down.ShytShyt
Schedule icon is not working
Dear,
I couldn’t see all my shift as schedule calendar when I click in Schedule icon at bottom of the page, it says” an error occurred “ then I click ok button, all dates are grey, and I can’t click into it cant see any shift below dates!suck my cat

It is showing me a different employee’s schedule and information. I knew the minute I found out Transdev was in business with ADP everything else would be messy as well. EVERYTHING is going to be overly complicated to correct.Re-Apple Phone
This app works perfectly fine, I love it and it does really help out. The only issues I have is that I wish I could clock-in from this app!Floresparatuamor

Does not work
It would be very beneficial, if the app will work on all mobile devices, as it does not work with Apple. Everybody that has android-based technology this app works for but can’t get in with an Apple product. Why is that? I would like To see some project manager at one of the TransDev locations figure this problem out so that everybody can be on the same sheet of music as those on android phones have a have a leg up on those of us that have Apple products!Show lessM.
