However, canceling a hold in the app doesn’t work, and renewing only works sometimes

Can’t log in. Can’t input credentials. Timeouts out the wazoo when I know my home internet speed is pretty dang fast. Can’t look anything up - more timeouts! No smart search - you misspell a word you’re getting back an empty queue. Worse than the last iteration of the app. Incredibly frustrating.
