Connection issues
The app isn’t usable. It fails to connect. It’s difficult to get the camera setting to access WiFi to begin with. The WiFi button & the Power button are one in the same.

CHINESE GARBAGE
App won’t connect to the camera. I bought this and it’s NEVER worked correctly; wi-fi can’t connect. I’m a techy guy and this is a throw away camera. They obviously took our money and ran. No updates, no customer service. Stay far far away.Bax man
Not iOS17.x compatible
So far, all tests have done lean towards this product not being compatible with iOS 17.x. Unit doesn't show up on wifi using iOS 17.x devicesgood quick lift
Prepair for battle!!!
You will either battle your sanity, or you will battle the app!!! It constantly crashes it says that the Wi-Fi has been disconnected, but it will continue to record. Eleni will have to battle with the app to get the videos to even load on the app and if they do load, didn’t you gonna go crazy battling your sanitytrying to get them to play the video will pop up. It’ll show you a size of the video but you can’t watch it because it won’t play. There needs to be a huge update to this app to fix these issues.Show lessAreyoushittingme!!!

I bought this camera because it was easy to use, I only used it three times and it no longer worked. It no longer connects to my phone and the ordro application does not work, in order to turn off the camera I have to press the reset button, I paid $280 dollars and the worst of all is that there is no customer service, not even to be able to send my camera to them to be repair it, it doesn't matter if I have to pay for the repair.
I will not buy anything from this company again.Show lessI need an update.
App Connectivity
I received this product in the mail yesterday. I fully charged it, however, it keeps powering off every few seconds to the point of aggravation. The app will also not connect to WiFi; I’ve tried everything.

Ep6 plus ISNT WORKING we need an older version
I’ve tried using the 2.7 app on my android tablet and it actually worked. But I can’t even install the older version onto the iPhoneMistursmiley
Do not buy the actual product
As my title says, don’t buy the actual product. The app support services (which is essentially how you configure the device(s)) is completely disabled.
You’re only buying a camera with an SD slot, with no ability to format and/or change device settings.
Until that happens, simply remove this entire product line from your wish list.

Please! Make the app connect to older models
I cannot connect to my ep6 plus. It’s completely ruined my experience with this product. It only shows a picture of a camcorder and not of the wearable devices. There has been tons of unsatisfied customers because of this problem. Please make this the app usable with and able to connect with the wearable headsets.

Bought this for a long European trip. Sadly, I’ve downloaded the app, deleted and redownloaded several times. I’ve followed the instructions to a T, but no matter what we do, the app never connects to the device. Sadly I can’t find any real tech support either, so I consider this not a very workable feature.
