Soft locked unless played in specific way
This is not a role playing game, in a role playing game you get to make decisions. In this game if you make decisions that aren’t exactly what you need to do for unforeseeable situations the game will soft lock you in a cycle of death.
I played for approximately 20mins, explored and gathered everything I could and was then put into a situation where the only thing I could do was enter a chapel (die immediately), enter a different chapel (die immediately), enter temple gardens (die immediately) or explore the end of a hallway, get discovered and enter combat with an undefeatable enemy (aka die immediately).
There are literally no other options I have available to me, no locations to go, no option to pick, I was completely and utterly stuck. A quick google search shows me that apparently I was playing this “role playing” game wrong and that you have to follow a very strict and precise walkthrough in order to continue the game. This is an incredibly poorly designed game and not even worth a single star to be frank.
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME, it is not a role playing game. You have to follow a strict walkthrough or you will not be able to play it whatsoever. You have been warned.
