Doesn’t provide entry histories or notifications
I don’t know if it’s because I’m the second profile on our house, but I can’t see any previous entries and I don’t get notifications of people entering. The app doesn’t provide a link to report problems and doesn’t seem to have a way to delete my account to start over. Deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing. Would love to have this fixed!

Hello! I apologize about any issues you may be experiencing. I'll be happy to help. As far as getting notifications, you will only receive notifications for guests you have added, not anyone else in your household. To view entrance history, we have recently updated so that you can see the entire household's guest entrances, and not just your own.
