I switched to use a different app - didn’t even force quit this one - and it made me sign in again, didn’t even save my login info. Very frustrating and un-usablecommallama26

This app’s login screen hasn’t actually enabled me to log in. It closes before I can even enter my credentials. Might as well use the websiteRvwr0

Sorry to hear about the app issues. Before using the mobile app, you must first create a username and password with the ExamPrepConnect web application, and this is the username and password that should be used with the app. If you continue having issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance: csexamprep@springerpub.comAntiquated
This app is not even close to user friendly. You have to log in every time on your personal phone and while doing so, it kicks you out over and over again.jdrdominguez
