Will not let me track

My aunt donated and I got a card to be able to track an elephant. It will not let me and is telling me to sign in when never had to when she got it for me a few years ago. Pretty disappointing.

Can’t get past Sign In

It’s a Good cause but the app won’t let me go past the sign in screen. Unless it’s only for earth Rangers, it doesn’t give you an option to create an account.
