The app only gives you client info. You cannot write a note. You can only look at previous notes and other info saved to the case. I got excited the app was free but now I see why. Unfortunately, I will delete this app cause it is no use to me:( I really wanted it to work for me. If I could write notes it would be amazing.AMT173
