If you are a doctor and using Talk My Doc for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your medical credentials. Once the credentials are verified by the Talk My Doc team, you will be able to use the app to set up appointments. If you are not a doctor, you are all set to use Talk My Doc once the phone number is verified. You can then select a doctor from a health category and send a chat message. If you want to talk to a doctor, first get an appointment from the doctors available list of times. On the scheduled date and time, you can go to the appointment view and start the video call with the doctor. You can also use the health tools and complete daily health steps free of charge.
