Why no Neutron?
This app is total garbage for not including the Neutron in the choices. I know the synth can be configured from an app, and handle the remote upgrades and controls because Behringer made a MacOS app that does the exact same thing. The difference is that my iPad is just slightly more portable than my iMac. Who calls the shots on this, and why was the Neutron left out in the cold??? I really am angry about this.

Crash when updating TD-3
POOFs when updating a TD-3. Tried several times and it is worrying. Had to do it via PC. Haven’t tried any other features yet but that’s a seriously bad first impression that should never happen.
In answer to the question, I don’t know which TD firmware it was I’m afraid. Worked 1st time with the PC. The iPad is a Pro 12.9 v1 with latest IOS14. It proofed when the bar reached 100%.

Could you try 2.4.7? We have tried it on IOS14 and it works fine. Thank you very much!
Annoying
It’s annoying that I have to have my synth plugged into it to begin writing patterns. It’d be good if I could just write the patterns then plug in my synth whenever and start loading them to the synth. It’d be good as well if it would play the pitch of the notes you’re adding to get an idea of what your pattern will sound like. It’d also be awesome if you could use the app as a sequencer in real time with the TD3 or sequence the RD8.

No Neutron. Why?
Simple question asked. First synth I bought from Behringer, yet not in the app. People like the Neutron, too. Just... don’t understand why it’s not included in this app.
TD-3 Sequencer Unusable
UPDATED: Ok, this works, just is a horrible design. Anyone else struggling with this, fuss with the yellow tab on the far right. Updated to 4 stars.
PLEASE consider the following: either auto store upon change, or after a cycle, OR a store button in the piano roll. ALSO, please allow resizing of the piano roll. There is no reason to have to scroll that much for 16 steps. Finally, the hold to access accent -surely there is a better way to implement it quickly like the slide. The hold to access that function is unusable with the Apple Pencil.
Thank you for the possibility to edit on iOS though, it’s a huge help!

I’ve waited now 3 updates before writing this, assuming it was a bug and would be fixed. After today’s update, it has not. The MacOS editor works as expected. Please acknowledge and fix this, Behringer...or let me know if you believe this to be some kind of hardware error, which seems incredibly unlikely. 2017 iPad, mini 5, iPhone 7 all have the same issue. Unit sounds great, btw!

Quick and easy to use
I recently bought a Pro-1 and updated the firmware right away. It was quick and easy. I prefer using this app to the Mac version since it’s a lot quicker than booting up my aging Mac Mini. The only criticism I have about Synth Tool is that they haven’t included the Neutron. It’s not much of a big deal since there haven’t been any updates available and It’s not often that I need to change the settings.
