Notifications issue

Need eyes on the road, not the phone
The number one missing thing is a one touch voice hotline to the dispatcher. They are quite hard to get on the phone and often unfamiliar with regional areas.
The idea of a text interface while you are driving is obviously daft. it might take several minutes for the dispatcher to reply over text as well.
Trying to glean what is going on around town from the very limited information on the map felt like a bit of a mug's game to me at times. Ideally, you could be having that conversation with the dispatcher over voice.
The implementation of the app also has issues, not always coping well with various screen sizes, and especially difficulty marking jobs as complete or accepting the jobs sometimes requiring restarting the app.
This could be an OK experience, but it wasn't paying the bills, even the car upkeep, and the app breaking on a Friday afternoon was the last straw.
it's a pretty simple job driving booze around to thirsty people. It would be a lot more enjoyable without the technology in the way.

NEED REPAIRMENT ASAP
1. No new notifications of new job has been assigned (sometimes).
2. If theres a notification, whatever song you play in the background will be paused automatically and didn’t resume playing after the notification ends.
3. No matter which areas i selected to be notified on, i still get notification from other areas. For instance, i lived and work around mascot yet i received surge notification in blacktown, bondi, even northen beaches and it can’t be turned off.
Please, fix this

Acceptance rate issue
Worst delivery driver app
Fix the app
The idea is good, because you don’t have to wait for the food preparing like the food apps (uber, deliveroo, etc) but nobody likes to take orders blind.
THE APP SHOULD PROVIDE ALL THE INFO ABOUT THE DELIVERIES.
