    I have tried for 3 weeks to get a prescriptions filled to no avail. I was set with a virtual appointment. I cancelled meetings to attend and no one showed up.
    I sent an update asking why no one attended a scheduled medical appoint and still waiting for a simple reply. Mind you these were for blood pressure and post cancer treatment meds. Having worked in implementation of healthcare systems globally this is worse than some developing countries I have worked in.

  • All chatbots, no doctors

    Designed to harvest health data and then deflect medical concerns. I have tried to connect to a healthcare worker supposedly accessible through this app that my employer pays for and I am always told to visit a local clinic, which doesn’t exist where I live, instead. Useless and a horrifying corporate creep into the Canadian health care system. Politicians are accepting money in exchange for our health and lives. The highest corruption.

  • Utterly useless

    They use chat bots to answer forms and collect your data but you will never be connected with a real doctor. I live in an area with a doctor and clinic shortage and desperately need a human to triage multiple issues. The chatbot will pump you for info and then tell you at the end to go to a clinic that doesn’t exist or has no appointments for months. What is the point other than to let them harvest your health data? Will be writing my HR to tell them to dump this “perk”.

  • I don’t think anyone is actually staffing their help lines.

    Tried to setup an appointment and gave up.

    Got a message back 2 weeks later, responded and put back in the endless loop and confirming your phone number, address, doctor etc.
